I see a new feature in whmcs v6 and we can watch tickets. It is good idea that we can see which ticket we watch and manage them like forums. In the forums , you see subcribtion topics and possible to unsucribe them .

Our staff need a way to see a list of tickets to follow without it being assigned to them. Watching seems perfect, but we can't see a list of open tickets they are watching.
