How can we improve WHMCS?

The goal is to not be caught by surprise with a large affiliate withdrawal request. We'd like to be able to set the limit to something like $500 at which point their withdrawal is automatically requested. Presumably this would run on cron, checking each affiliate balance and submitting the withdrawal request if it's => threshold.
